We will be having a villa wedding celebration with many of the weekend’s events taking place on this lovely property! Please see the agenda for more!
The property is in the Province of Pisa and is in the Tuscany Region!
VENUE INFORMATION
Meals
The following meals are provided to our lovely guests throughout the wedding weekend:
Day 1 (8.22.25): welcome drinks and dinner (6:30-10:30pm)
Day 2 (8.23.25): breakfast (9-11am), lunch cafe (12-4pm), drinks and dinner starting at the wedding (5pm-11pm).
Day 3 (8.24.25): Breakfast (9-11am), lunch cafe (1-5pm), and dinner is on your own for a night into Lucca or a delivery to the villa!
Day 4 (8.25.25): Coffee/tea in your suites and a pastry “to go” for the bus ride to the airport (7 and 7:30am departures).
For the cafe hours you will receive 1 meal ticket. All other drinks and additional meal items will need to be paid directly by you. Please note our venue discourages bringing your own alcohol onsite.
Villa Cafe
In-between provided meals our villa will have a cafe fully open to our guests onsite. We have provided a meal ticket for each guests during the below hours. Any additional items purchased during these times does costs euros. We have listed the current menu they have provided us below so you can accommodate as best as possible! Please note we have passed along any submitted dietary restrictions to the catering staff onsite.

Expectations
While our venue is fully accessible to our epic weekend, they do have a few house rules! Please read below for the expected policies to be followed.
Pool hours: 10am to 6pm daily
Drinks onsite: all alcohol must be provided through the onsite cafe or catering team.
Quiet hours: Evening music outside of the wedding night must be turned off by 12am.
Check in and out times: Check in starts at 2pm on 8.22.25 and check out ends at 11am on 8.25.25.

Our villa calls Pisa, Italy home and we’d love to share some local fun, including sites, sees, and must eats!
LOCAL CUISINE
Montino: Perfect for a quick bite of pizza or cecina (chickpea flatbread).
Numeroundici: A mix of traditional and modern dishes that use fresh seasonal products. The menu changes every day.
Laboratorio Urbano Polpette: Central location and evocative setting, specialising in meatballs.
Al Madina: Syrian-Lebanese restaurant, with vegetarian options.
Caffè Settimelli: Scenic spot for a traditional Italian breakfast in the centre of Pisa.
Sottobosco: “The” place for aperitivo — live music and boho atmosphere.
Piazza della Pera: Quaint Tuscan square, ideal for aperitivo (or an aperitivo-crawl!).
